OneStopCashiering™ was designed to overcome one of the biggest challenges in collecting the millions of revenue dollars in the tertiary education environment. For years the task of collecting this revenue was very labour intensive, with special forms being manually updated into each back-office system. With this in mind OneStopCashiering™ was developed to give finance departments the flexibility to design the collection of any type of payment and then, once the payment was receipted, to automatically pass the data back to each related system.

 

The underlying philosophy of the OneStopCashiering™ system is that it provides students and the campuses with greater flexibility when making a payment. These methods include Internet, BPAY, PayPal®, Integrated Voice Recognition, Telephone, Locked Box and obviously in-person at cashiering points. Payments can also be made using roving enrolment points throughout the University using Integrated EFTPOS.

 

OneStop Cashiering ™ has been described as the "glue" that allows old and new systems to co-exist.
